HEC USAID Flood Scholarship 2025 Online Apply Phase 4

Students can apply for the scholarships through the HEC Online Application System at this link: https://usaidmnbsp-fas.hec.gov.pk/.  The scholarship awards will be granted solely based on merit. However, it’s important to note that HEC retains the right to revoke a scholarship if the information provided by the applicant is discovered to be inaccurate or suspicious during the physical verification process.

How To Apply For USAID Scholarships

• Fill out the application form online at https://usaidmnbsp-fas.hec.gov.pk/.
• After completing the online application, print out the application form.
• Gather all the necessary supporting documents.
• Submit the printed application form along with the supporting documents to the student financial aid offices of your university.

USAID Flood Scholarship Eligibility Criteria 2025

• Students must be enrolled in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, or 7th semester for Spring 2025 in a four or five-year undergraduate degree program.
• All academic disciplines and subjects are eligible.
• Applicants must belong to districts, sub-districts, or UC Tehsils that have been officially identified as flood-affected areas by the Government of Pakistan, PDMA, or District Administration.
• Documentary proof of flood-related damages, such as to households or livelihoods, must be provided. Please note that any fake pictures downloaded from the internet will not be accepted.
• Shortlisted candidates will undergo interviews conducted by the Institutional Scholarship Award Committee at their respective universities for consideration of financial assistance.
• A significant portion, 50%, of the scholarships are reserved for female students.

USAID Scholarship coverage includes:

• Tuition Fee for two semesters, specifically for the Fall 2025 and Spring 2025 semesters.
• A stipend that covers expenses for boarding, lodging, transportation, and other academic costs for two semesters.

• Scholarships are based solely on merit; HEC can cancel for false information.
• Ineligible programs: self-sustain, evening, two-year, and certain others.
• Not eligible if already receiving another scholarship or continuous grant.
