PHSA Peshawar has announced the LHV Admission 2025 for female candidates in Gilgit Baltistan, Azad & Jammu Kashmir. The last date for Provincial Health Services Academy LHV Admission is 11th January 2025. Female candidates can access the application form via the official website @phsa.edu.pk and apply before the deadline. Applicants should be between 14 to 35 years old to qualify for PHSA LHV Admission 2025.

The total merit marks are capped at 100, with criteria for SSC and FSC (Pre-Medical) exams. Hafiz-e-Quran candidates can earn 20 extra marks if certified.

How To Apply For PHSA LHV Admission?
- Admissions advertised in national, local Urdu papers, plus one in Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Jammu Kashmir.
- Prospectus available on PHSA website and relevant Public Health School.
- Complete form, attach docs, submit to a suitable Public Health School based on domicile.
- Rs. 600/- fee to be submitted with the form, non-refundable (explained on page 35).
- Provisional merit list for each district within 15 working days from the last app submission.
- Display merit lists in respective Public Health Schools.
- Interviews on specified dates from the ad, mandatory for all candidates, including waitlisted.
- Physical presence at the interview is necessary. Absence means potential loss of admission even if meritorious.
- Note: Interviews may be delayed in exceptional circumstances by the authority.

- Attested photocopies of SSC/FSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent certificates with Mark Sheet.
- Attested copy of Domicile Certificate.
- Attested copy of applicant’s CNIC or Form-B.
- Attested copy of father/guardian’s CNIC.
- Character certificate from last attended educational institution.
- Three recent passport-size photos, attested, with a blue background.
- Valid disability certificate if applicable.
- Valid Hifz-e-Quran certificate from registered Deeni Madrassa if applicable.
