In the MDCAT test total marks are 200 while a passing percentage of 65% is necessary. The whole test is divided into five portions. The details of all portions have been included in the PDF MDCAT test syllabus manual.

There are no negative markings and FSC pre-medical marks are 70%. 150 colleges are allowed to give MBBS, BDS admission on the MDCAT based.
